You can not but be inspired by South African handbag designer Raewyn du Toit whose personal and creative mantra centres on the power of transfomation: “There will be a time when you believe everything is finished. Yet that will be the beginning”. 

Raewyn’s lives her creative dream – she makes individually-designed one-off bags using cast-off materials like rubber inner tyre tubes, vintage cloth and belts. The fruits of her labour are all at Q…shoulder, messenger and computer bags (with sleeves). They are joyous creations highlighted with riotous explosions of colour across the front signifying hope and individuality.
