Sue Ten the elegant designer of Firehorse Cosa Bella has sought to inject her unique design aesthetic into indigenous regional craft by making it both contemporary and wearable. Her matt white silver weave cuffs, for instance, are inspired by the traditional hill tribe work of Northern Thailand to which she adds dimension by the insertion of a huge semi-precious stone at the centre!  Her woven mesh necklaces recall the art of crochet with an added 21^st century fillip…there are no joints in each lariat as it is made from a single wire. Also, the organic shapes achieved in these free form pieces are inspired by the shape of Indonesian fishing nets,
