We reckon that Brit talent Fiona Paxton has re-invented the necklace this season. Her fresh, original and creative turn with beading and sequins produces drapey necklaces which burst into life through her very original manipulation of beading techniques and materials resulting in super sexy, soft art deco-ish streamers of light executed in gunmetal, gold, silver and copper.
This Brit designer who was the former head print designer for Chloe, Armani and Moschino before she embarked on her own label is now achingly popular – we waited and waited for this delivery and were told that re-orders would take as long as Fiona has been completely pre-sold and there are waiting lists at each boutique! Fiona’s creations have been featured in nearly every fashion magazine and are worn by Isla Fisher in Confessions of a Shopaholic (costumed by Pat Field) and worn around town by the likes of Drew Barrymore, Sienna Miller et al.
